We are starting new exciting chapters, hitting some technical milestones, advancing our experiments at the farm, and last but not least we moved to our office and food lab in Mexico City, it feels great to bring our team together!

- We are in conversations with a potential candidate for our R&D team, Ph.D. Rabih Ajib, former Senior Physics Scientist at NotCo. He pitched an approach to using spectral characterization to characterize lemna and the impact of different processes on its physical and chemical structure. We think itβs fascinating on a technical level, but we would love to hear best practices for hiring such an independent department in a young start-up. Weβd love to hear your thoughts!
